Who we are

offchox™ is a product of Avison360 Limited (Company No. 10330645), registered in England and Wales ("Avison360", "we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit offchox.com (the "Website") or contact us through it.

This policy covers the Website only. Personal data processed within the offchox application on behalf of an airline customer is governed by that customer's agreement with us.

Information we collect

When you submit a demo request, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address and airline or organisation, and, if you choose to provide them, your job title and a message.

If you arrived at the Website through a marketing campaign link (for example, from LinkedIn), the campaign parameters in that link (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) are included with your request so we know which campaign led you to us. These are read from the link itself and are not stored on your device.

Website usage, only if you accept analytics cookies. If you choose "Accept analytics", Google Analytics records how the Website is used: the pages you view, roughly where you are (country and region, worked out from your IP address), how you arrived (for example from a search engine, LinkedIn or a direct visit), your browser and device type, and whether a demo request was successfully sent. This does not include your name, email address or anything you type into the enquiry form. If you choose "Reject analytics", or make no choice, none of this is collected.

Please do not send us crew leave policy documents or any crew personal data through the Website.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in.

Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)

We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business enquiries you send us, and in taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We use Google Analytics only with your consent, which you give by choosing "Accept analytics" and can withdraw at any time (see Cookies and analytics).

How we store and share your information

Requests submitted through the Website are processed using Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which receives your submission and forwards it to us. This may involve transferring your information outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. See Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy for details of how they handle it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except:

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and for our business records – typically no longer than 6 years, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a customer, in which case standard customer-record retention applies.

Google Analytics keeps detailed usage data for 2 months, after which it is deleted. Aggregated reports that do not identify anyone (for example, the number of visits in a month) may be kept for longer.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit, the Website asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing is loaded from Google, and no analytics cookies are set, unless you choose "Accept analytics". Rejecting them does not affect how the Website works.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and see how people find and use the Website. Google acts as our service provider (data processor). Google may process this information in the United States and other countries, under the safeguards described in Google's business privacy information. We have turned off Google's advertising features, including Google signals and ad personalisation, and we do not use the Website for advertising or remarketing. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses; it uses them briefly to estimate your location.

The Website uses the following:

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops immediately and the Website deletes its Google Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss. The Website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Complaints

If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
